Delete your account

You can delete your Quizna account, and everything stored with it, at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

  1. Open Quizna and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read the message and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately, together with your progress, level, XP, game history, ranking position and username. It cannot be undone. Copies in our backups are removed as the backups are replaced, in most cases within 30 days.

If you cannot open the app

If you uninstalled the app or lost your phone, send us a request and we will delete the matching account. We cannot confirm who is asking as strongly as the app can, because usernames and levels are visible to other players. So we ask for details that only the player would know.

We act within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed as the backups are replaced, in most cases within 30 days after that. We reply to the email address you give when it is done.

If the details do not match our records, we may ask for more or decline, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
